Product Superiority
In the extrusion blown film process, thermoplastic materials are melted and continuously extruded through a circular die under predetermined temperature and shear force conditions. The tubular film formation occurs through inflation with compressed air, simultaneous cooling via wind ring technology, and dimensional control by frequency-adjusted traction systems. This evaluation equipment enables analysis of polymer film production feasibility, internal gel detection, and quality assessment of pigment dispersion, blend consistency, and overall extrudate performance.
